Softdial Campaign Manager

Using the Client

The Softdial Campaign Managerclient is available in any browser via the SCC web server. See Accessing Client Applications.

On successful login, the web client Home page appears.

Click on Campaign Manager to launch the Web Client application (Fig. 2).

When loaded, the application appears, similar to Fig. 2.

The following sections describe the components of this window, and their functions:

The web client applications rely on the HttpSDMPBridge for communication with the server. If for any reason this connection is interrupted, the information shown in the client may not represent the actual server status. If you suspect this (e.g. a campaign that you know is stopped is shown as running in the client) check the Status Activity Indicators (Fig. 3) for any error conditions. See the Accessing Client Applications page for more details.
