User Types
SCC provides accounting for 4 different types of user:
- Predictive/ blended
- Other ASD users - those logging on to other ACD-type campaigns
ACD-type campaigns
These are:
- Progressive
- Preview
- Manual Outbound (SSMD)
- Inbound ACD
- Inbound On-hook ACD
