Common Features

To delete an item:

1. select an item
2. click

To add a new item:

To edit an existing item:

1. select an item

The Search field allows the user to filter the associated list to show only those items whose name contains the search text. Filtering is immediate as you type.

On hovering over of any column header, a drop down arrow is displayed at the right side. On click, a context menu is displayed with the following items:

Sort Ascending/ Descending

This allows the user to sort the list (ascending or descending) according to the contents of the current column. See also Common Features below

Columns...

Shows a list of available columns.

• To show the column in the list, check the box
• To hide the column, uncheck the box

Filters...

Similar to the Search function. Allows filtering of the list to show only those items where the text in the current column contains the search text. Filtering is immediate as you type.

To remove the filter, either

• clear the search text, or
• uncheck the Filters item in the menu. The filter search text is remembered until cleared. This allows easy comparison between a filtered and unfiltered list.

The Paging bar (Fig. 1) allows the navigation of large numbers of items across several pages. Default number of items per page is 25.

The available utilities are as follows:

Utility	Description
	Show first page
	Show previous page
Page X	Sequential number of current page. Also, to show a specific page, type its sequential number and hit Enter. If the number typed is greater than the number of pages, the last page will be shown. If 0 is typed, the page will not change.
of Y	Where Y = total number of pages
	Show next page
	Show last page
	Refresh the entire list
Displaying A - B of C	Where... A = sequential number of the first item on this page B = sequential number of the last item on this page C = total number of items
