Break Reasons

The Break Reasons tab shows the list of break reasons configured for the current tenant. These can be useful for reporting on exactly how agents spend their time.

Editing Break Reasons

When New or Edit are clicked, the break reason properties dialogue is shown (Fig. 2)

ID	Integer. Must be unique for the tenant
Title	Description of break. For use in reporting
