Play Loop File

Used to play a sound file in a continuous loop.

The difference between this step and the Play Loop step is that the sound file to be played does not have to be uploaded via the Softdial Repository™ Sounds tab. Otherwise these steps are identical.


1. Sound File Name (Mandatory) A fully qualified file name pointing to the sound file

1. Next The recording is successfully playing
2. Call Ended The call was dropped while the recording was playing
3. Fail From V10.5.287 - the recording could not be played. This may be due to a missing recording, an error in the path or a telephony error
