Play TTS
Used to play a Text To Speech (TTS) message.
Inputs
| 1. | Speech Text | (Mandatory) | The text to be played as speech. This may be a combination of plain text and field data |
| 2. | Playback Timeout | (Optional) | The number of seconds after which the playback is timed out. Defaults to 60 seconds |

Outputs
None
Outcomes
| 1. | Fail | The TTS could not be played. This may be due to bad TTS configuration or a telephony error |
| 2. | Success | The TTS was successfully played |
| 3. | Call Ended | The call was dropped before the TTS could be completed |
