Used to pull the call to this agent from the other party on a supervised transfer.

1. Session ID (Optional) From V10.5.379 / V10.6.231 - this parameter was added to replace auto generation of a Session ID parameter.

If this value is

  • specified - the value is always used
  • not specified - a Session ID parameter is not included in the message
