Push Transfer

Used to push the call to the other party on a supervised transfer.

1. Session ID (Optional) From V10.5.379 / V10.6.231 - this parameter was added to replace auto generation of a Session ID parameter.

If this value is

  • specified - the value is always used
  • not specified - a Session ID parameter is not included in the message

1. Drop The call was dropped before the transfer was completed or there was a telephony error
2. Success The call was successfully transferred
3. No Push The Push Transfer was not successful - the call is still connected to this agent
