Insert Callback
Inserts a new callback and if current campaign is outbound, caches for dial.
| 1. | Record Data | (Mandatory) | The XML document containing the record data |
| 2. | Callback Time Column | (Mandatory) | The column name for the column storing the callback timestamp |
| 3. | Callback Time Value | (Mandatory) | The timestamp value for the callback time, in UTC time |
| 4. | Callback Agent Column | (Mandatory) | The column name for the column storing the agent to handle the callback |
| 5. | Callback Agent Value | (Optional) | The agent identifier for the callback. If not specified, the callback will be pooled. |
| 6. | Callback Number Column | (Mandatory) | The column name for the column storing the agent to handle the callback |
| 7. | Callback Number Value | (Optional) | The telephone number to be used for the callback. If not specified, uses the last dialed |
| 8. | Campaign ID | (Optional) | The integer campaign ID |
| 9. | Campaign Name | (Optional) | The campaign name |
