Put Queues Out Of Service

From V10.6.167 - Used to put a queue out of service with a specified priority.


1. Queue Name (Mandatory) The unique identifier of the Queue that is to be taken out of service
2. Campaign (Mandatory) The campaign to which the Queue is currently associated
3. Priority (Mandatory) Determines how calls that are currently in the queue will be handled:
0Calls will be handled normally - the queue will be taken out of service when all calls in the queue have been handled
1Calls currently in the queue will be overflowed (if an overflow queue exists)
2Calls currently in the queue will be overflowed, calls currently dequeued to agents will be dropped

If the operation fails, the failure code or reason is returned in the step output.
