Troubleshooting
Referring to the communication flow diagram, we can identify several potential areas of failure, and corresponding diagnostic investigations to undertake:

Webphone Debug Mode captures all traffic between the Webphone and the servers into a list in the web browser's memory, which is then automatically downloaded for inspection. Debug Mode is disabled by default.
