Installing Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC)

A full installation of the Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) suite requires 3 separate installation processes. It is recommended that they are performed in the following order:

  1. MongoDB
  2. Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC)
  3. Softdial Telephony Gateway™ (STG)

If you are upgrading from an existing SCC install, a backup will be made automatically, and the process will take longer.
