Label | Description |

Endpt | The name of the endpoint |
Campgn | The name of the campaign |
Login - TS | The timestamp when the agent logged in for the current session |
Break Start | The timestamp when the agent went on break |
Break End | The timestamp when the agent finished break |
Last Break Description | A short text explanation for the accompanying Last Free Reason |
Current Break Reason | A short text explanation for the accompanying Free Reason |
Unavail Reason | A code denoting the reason for going unavailable |
TimeUnavail | Total time in break |
PrevBreakDur | The duration of the last break |
