| Endpt | The name of the endpoint |
| Campgn | The name of the campaign |
| Login - TS | The timestamp when the agent logged in for the current session |
| Break Start | The timestamp when the agent went on break |
| Break End | The timestamp when the agent finished break |
| Last Break Description | A short text explanation for the accompanying Last Free Reason |
| Current Break Reason | A short text explanation for the accompanying Free Reason |
| Unavail Reason | A code denoting the reason for going unavailable |
| TimeUnavail | Total time in break |
| PrevBreakDur | The duration of the last break |
