KPI Definitions
While using Softdial Reporter™ 5, definitions for all KPIs available can be viewed in the KPIs dialog, grouped by category.
To access the KPIs dialog, in the top-right corner, click on the Main Menu icon and select KPIs (Fig. 1):
The KPIs dialog is shown (Fig. 2).
To select a category, click on a category in the left pane. Fig. 2 shows the Session Summary category with its associated KPIs.
For each KPI, the following columns are available (with some hidden by default):

Either:
- click on the column header. Click again to reverse direction
- or
- Hover over any column header
- Click the revealed dropdown
- Click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending
- Hover over any column header
- Click the revealed dropdown
- Hover over Columns
- Check/ uncheck the box to display/ hide each column
