Landlord Resource Configuration

Landlord-level configuration of resources can be achieved via Softdial Repository™, as follows:

1. Log in to Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) via the Login web page (see Accessing Client Applications), as the landlord, using the Administrator credentials set up at installation time (see Installing Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC)).
2. On successful login, the web client Home page for landlords appears.

3. Click on Softdial Repository. The landlord-level Repository appears (Fig. 2).

The following configuration tabs are offered:

• Media Type
• Dialing Cycle Outcomes
• Users
• Inbound Routes
• Agent Outcomes

Some UI features are common to all tabs. These are described in Common Features:
