Sytel.Management Step Reference
The Sytel.Management step library gives access to agent and queue management functions within a script.
Softdial Scripter™ Designer is loaded by default with the steps contained in Sytel.StepLibrary. Other step libraries, such as Sytel.Management, may be imported as necessary.

Agent Management

Queue Management

| Put Queues In Service | Used to put a queue into service for a specified campaign. |
| Put Queues Out Of Service | Used to put a queue out of service with a specified priority. |
| Remove Agent From Group | Removes an agent from a group or queue. |
