Softdial Webphone™ - Standalone Mode

In standalone mode, Softdial Webphone

In this mode, agents are connected to the Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) platform via a 3rd party application, which manages all the CTI features via SDMP Message Protocol.

Communication Flow is the same as in embedded mode.

The standalone Webphone is not included in a standard installation of SCC, and must be downloaded and installed separately, as follows.
