Step Libraries for Import

Softdial Scripter™ Designer is loaded by default with the steps contained in Sytel.StepLibrary.

The following step libraries may be imported as necessary:

• CmClientSteps - gives access to campaign management functions
• Sytel.Management - gives access to agent and queue management functions
• Sytel.Python - enables the execution of Python code
• Sytel.TextProcessing - enables the handling of text messages of all types, with Natural Language Processing
• Sytel.Turret - enables endpoint and user session control and Preview campaign activities
