Sytel.Turret Step Reference
The Sytel.Turret step library enables endpoint and user session control and Preview campaign activities within a script.
Softdial Scripter™ Designer is loaded by default with the steps contained in Sytel.StepLibrary. Other step libraries, such as Sytel.Turret, may be imported as necessary.
Below is an index of steps with a brief description and a link for more details.

| End Monitoring | Ends a monitoring session for the endpoint in focus. |
| Endpoint Conference | Makes a 3 party conference with the current endpoint, customer and a third party. |
| Endpoint Conference Hold | 3 way conference which puts the primary call immediately on hold. |
| Endpoint Conference with preconference | Makes a 3 party conference with the endpoint, customer and a third party. Prior to the 3 party conference the endpoint and third party have a preconference. |
| Endpoint Conference Release Hold | Takes the 3rd party or customer off of hold so that they can participate in the conference. |
| Endpoint Preconference Add 3rd Party | After a successful Supervised Conference request, bring the 3rd party back in to the current endpoint's conversation, i.e. remove hold from the 3rd party, which changes the conversation to a 3 party conference. |
| Hangup Endpoint Call | Hangs up on the current endpoint's call in progress. |
| Mute Endpoint Recording | Mutes the agent and called party voice inputs when recording a call. |
| Pull Endpoint Transfer | Pull call to current endpoint on a Supervised Transfer. |
| Push Endpoint Transfer | Push the current endpoint's call to other party on a Supervised Transfer. |
| Start Endpoint Recording | Starts recording the current endpoint's call. |
| Supervised Endpoint Transfer | Initiates a supervised transfer of the current endpoint's call to another party. |
| Toggle Endpoint Hold | Requests for a call to be put on hold so that an agent can perform some other activity before returning to the call. |
| Toggle Endpoint Mute | Requests for an agent endpoint to be muted/ unmuted. |
| Transfer Endpoint Call | Transfers the current endpoint's call to another party. |
| Unmute Endpoint Recording | Resumes the recording of this call. |

| Begin Endpoint Dial | Requests that the current endpoint starts dialing its preview call. |
| Begin Endpoint Dial and Wait | Requests that the current endpoint starts dialing its preview call, and waits for success or failure. |
| Don't Dial Endpoint | Tells the current endpoint not to dial its preview call. |
| End Breather | End the breather period for the current endpoint and get the next call. |

| Endpoint Make Call | Make a call from the user's current endpoint. |
| End User Session | Ends a user session and forces logout of any endpoint sessions. |
| Make All Endpoints Available | Makes all endpoints available to the ACD. |
| Request All Endpoints Unavailable | Requests to make all of the endpoints unavailable from the ACD. |
